The beer boxes, sold by The Beer Vault Ltd., are sent out on a monthly basis. Here’s what you can expect.
As a Beer Vault member, your box will be sent out on the 2nd Thursday of every month. Your box will arrive at your door within 3 to 5 working days.
If you’re ever unhappy with your beer box, you’re welcome to return it in unused condition for a full refund. That simply means each bottle is unopened and undamaged. If there’s no fault with the product itself, then I’m afraid we can’t refund return postage.
If you think there’s a fault with the product, then we’re certainly happy to offer you a full refund including your return postage. Please just get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org, or via the details on the Contact Page, to report the problem. We pride ourselves on the quality of the beer we sell, so if there’s any issue we want to know about it.
At The Beer Vault, we want to offer the best customer experience we can. And while we’ll be dissapointed you want to do so, that means offering you quick and easy cancellation options.
Simply go to our Cancel Membership page, and you can cancel right from there. As long as you do so more than 2 days before your payment is due, no further payments will be taken. I’m afraid after the 2 day period sometimes payments go anyway, but just call us if so, and we can organise a refund.
