How Easy is it to Cancel My Membership?
We believe in a great customer experience above creating higher profits through tricking people. That means we make it quick and easy to cancel your membership. At any time you can log into your account, go to the Cancellation page and click one button to cancel. Simple as that.
What is your refund policy?
We’re happy to offer a refund on any box you’re not satisfied with. Just give us a shout within 14 days and let us know what’s up – either email or any of the details on the contact page is fine.
If there’s something wrong with the beer in your box then we’ll refund you the full cost plus your return shipping. If there’s nothing really wrong with it, but you’re still not satisfied then we’re happy to refund your box payment on return receipt of your unused box. That means none of the bottles are open, and everything is in good condition. In this case, if there’s nothing wrong with the items, then we can’t refund your return postage I’m afraid.
